We implemented Pulsar, an Industry 4.0–based industrial monitoring platform, by digitalizing 12 stamping presses to visualize their operation in real time. This transformation enabled us to establish a dedicated monitoring area equipped with displays and Pulsar workstations, driving a culture of continuous improvement.

In less than one year, we increased our overall OEE by 10 points, along with other key performance improvements. Today, we offer more competitive pricing without compromising quality, strengthening our industrial growth.
