We have two specialized rack-type electrostatic painting lines, capable of processing up to 205 racks in-line (20 pieces per rack) and achieving a production output of 3,552 pieces per hour. We work with standard colors such as aluminum black, beige, white, and chocolate brown, on 33.5 x 20.5-inch racks. Our coating is 2 to 3 mils thick and offers proven resistance of up to 500 hours in salt spray tests, ensuring durability with every application.
